  • With the tough economic climate affecting Europe and other western countries - Africa continues to grow in the midst of the global challenges.
  • But are Africans in the Diaspora ready to return home to take advantage of the opportunities and also help stir the continent through her challenges?

Femi Oke is an international broadcaster, journalist and writer. She's currently based in Washington D.C. where she presents the interactive current affairs show "The Stream" for Al Jazeera English. Femi's work has been recognized by The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the African Communications Agency and InterAction. Since the 1980's she has worked for BBC television and radio, all the UK terrestrial television networks, CNN and US public radio.

Frank Nweke Jr. is the Director General of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group; Nigeria's most influential private sector led economic think tank and advocacy group. With extensive experience in Nigeria's Public Service, Mr Nweke has served variously, as Federal Minister of Communication and Information, Inter-Governmental Affairs, Youth Development and Special Duties from 2003 – 2007.

His key interests are Political Economy of Development, Public-Private Partnerships, Global Governance and Leadership for Managing Change, Research and Writing.
